Applying the facilitation skills learned on the training in the workplace can be difficult once the course is over. These supervision sessions offer an ongoing group context to support you to actively pick up your leadership, and to problem solve difficult situations you might have encountered.
Each session will revise some of the key learnings and tools presented in the training and offer an opportunity for you to clarify any questions you may have after applying the model practically in your workplace.
In addition, we deepen the practice using a ‘fish-bowl’ method where you can present difficult situations, and with the support of the group reflect on how to take your leadership skills to the next level.
You can repeat these six case supervision days annually as part of your ongoing leadership practice. Each module will continue to support and integrate the complexity of the work so that these skills become a seamless part of your facilitation.
