Each session will revise some of the key learnings and supervision skills presented in the training. We offer an opportunity for you to clarify any questions you may have after applying the model to your supervision practice.
In addition, we deepen the work using a ‘fish-bowl’ method where you can present different scenarios you have met in supervision, and with the support of the group explore the multiple processes that may be happening, both for your supervisee and the clients that they are presenting.
You can repeat these six case supervision days annually as part of your ongoing professional development. Each module addresses various areas that can typically arise, including working with the transferential relationship or orphan process, and holding your gravitas as a supervisor as part of your gatekeeping role.
Each module will continue to support and integrate the complexity of the transpersonal model so that you can embody the different meta-skills fluidly to meet the multiple situations that may arise as a supervisor.
